Reagent kit for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA by the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method.

In comparison to other commercially available systems based on the principle of polymerase chain reaction with preliminary sample preparation with nucleic acid isolation kits and a reverse transcription step, the Isotherm SARS-CoV-2 RNA‑screen test system, developed by Medical Biological Union Group and registered by GENERIUM, uses a loop-mediated isothermal amplification method. This significantly reduces the time of samples analysis (by more than 3 times) and reduces the possibility of mixing up samples by reducing the number of stages of preliminary preparation. In this system, you just need to warm the samples in the lysis buffer, transfer them to the plate, add the reaction mixture and amplify. Store the reagent kit at a temperature of +2°C to +8°C.
