User – a legally capable individual who has acceded to this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
JSC GENERIUM provides the User with the opportunity to use this website, including its functionality through the global Website or through electronic correspondence between GENERIUM and the User (“Services”) in accordance with the agreement with the User and the general provisions established in this document (“Provision”).
The provision constitutes a public offer in accordance with Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code. Please read the contents of the Regulations carefully before starting to work with the Website. The user who starts using the Website or Services is considered to have confirmed his agreement with the terms of the Regulations in the manner prescribed by Part 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code. Such changes come into force from the moment the amended version of the Regulations is published on the Website. The user is obliged to periodically familiarize himself with the current version of the Regulations in order to study the latest changes made to its text.
By continuing to use the Website after the relevant changes come into force, the User agrees with the terms of the Regulations in the new edition. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Website and stop using the materials and services of the Website. Access to the Website
To use the Website, no prior registration or entry of account data (login, password) into the Website authorization system is required.
JSC GENERIUM duly efforts to ensure access to the Website and Services within 24 hours a day, however, GENERIUM JSC is not responsible in cases of system errors, as well as for reasons beyond the control of JSC GENERIUM.
If the Website is a specialized resource for medical and pharmaceutical workers (health care professionals) and/or contains restricted information, then in order to enter the Website and use the Website the User must confirm that the User meets the criteria specified in a pop-up notification about the target audience of the Website.

All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement are resolved in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, according to the norms of Russian law. Throughout this Agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term “legislation” means both the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the User’s place of residence.
A user who believes that any information materials posted on the Portal violate his rights and legitimate interests must send a corresponding complaint to the email address of JSC GENERIUM using the feedback form.
The complaint must contain the following information: the applicant’s name, surname and patronymic, a detailed description of the alleged violation of his rights; Contact phone number for feedback. Complaints that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
JSC GENERIUM considers the complaint and sends a response to the User’s email address within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of receipt of the corresponding complaint to the email address generium@generium.ru. In case of failure to receive a response from JSC GENERIUM within the specified period, the User has the right to apply to the court to protect his interests.
